• Our service is available in two types. We recommend our ISDN2 solutions for medium-sized phone centre with 50-80 extensions. If you have higher extensions number and communication requirements, such as a call-center or in case of telemarketing firm, the ISDN30 is the recommended technology

The monthly fee discount is valid for ordering phone and Internet services together. Phone service will be ordered individually, we offer list price of service with entry fee.

- ISDN2 PBX (with ISDN2 card, the PBX re-configuring be provided by subscriber)

ISDN2 point-to-point service with no phone number will be available, if the subscriber has ordered at least a point to point service ISDN2 with 10 phone number. In this case, the subscriber will has a group of lines, which consists of four main-lines and 10 devices can have a separate call number.

If the PBX has 42 extensions, but based on known requirements, six main-line channels are enough. So 3 pieces of ISDN2 point-to-point 10 services can be ordered with additional 10 voice lines and 2 separate phone numbers. It is important that a closed, cohesive groups of numbers are provided in all cases, for example: 799-1100..1142.

ISDN2 point-to-multipoint service is recommended in cases where individual facilities are in using instead of PBX, such as ISDN phone or video conference be connected, additional phone numbers are also available for this service.

UPC business telephone
The business telephone service is implemented through the Internet network of UPC. With this solution, an independent and guaranteed connection is installed between the terminal equipment installed by us and the exchange, where digital transformation and 150 kbps packing provides for excellent voice quality and for smooth fax calls. The technology applied and our own network enable us to offer competitive prices.

ISDN
Integrated Services on Digital Network
Under the ISDN2 service 2 simultaneous communication channels (main lines) are available to initiate or receive calls, while under the ISDN30 service 30 communication channels are provided simultaneously. Signal transmission is completely digitalized, the service delivery surface is an RJ45 connection. The various integrated, special business comfort services can be utilized through the connected ISDN telephone exchange.

PBX arrangement
ISDN2 services can be arranged in line groups. This means that the main lines installed physically separated constitute a unit and if one of the lines is busy, the incoming call can reach the exchange through another line automatically.

MSN / DDI number
A multiple subscriber or direct dial-in number. It means that several phone numbers can be ordered to one ISDN line. The connected exchange controls, on which set shall the call ring.

Our special price is valid from 01/03/2011 until recalled, for new individual subscribers and current customers, who would like to upgrade their telephone service. The new additional service is available where the UPC network is built-up and the new service doesn’t require complementary investment. This offer is valid with a signed 12 months long, determined period contract.

The upgrading is determined for the chosen service in the General Terms and Conditions; it means that the customer should choose a new service package with higher price than the current service package’s cost. Some customers cannot join to the promotion. These customers have any debts or have such a service package which enters into special price and this service ended after 01/02/2011. After an ended service, the customer cannot contract for the same address or the subscriber is relative of a previous customer and they live in the same. If you would like to require several services, you will need to have only one account number for these services and these services will available on the same address.

This special price cannot be combined with other discounts. When we declare this new offer, we cancel the special conditions which have been available since 02/11/2010. The Business Telephone 300 and Business Telephone 500 packages’ unused minutes cannot be usable in the next month.

The monthly charge does not contain the charge of the telephone traffic and this tariff has no discount. The announced UPC Telephone packages have minute-based and traffic charges are payable in addition. The whole traffic charge chart which belongs to packages, it can be found in our website and in the GTC 3/a. appendix. The announced charges contain 27% VAT. In case of change in the tax rate, we reserve the right to change the fee.
